The prices of MEMBERS and QUICK MEMBERS refer to prices for a large group (40 pax or more) to places where we travel frequently; NON-MEMBER prices refer to prices for clients or small groups. It is possible to offer variations in number of days, type of accommodation, meals, dinners, etc.

In the event that a scheduled quota is not reached, the event can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event.

Sharing Galicia does NOT have any direct or indirect economic benefit in these types of trips, it is limited to forming groups, collecting the money and delivering it to the organizing travel agencies in order to obtain the best conditions for the members.

Payments made by card are delivered to the travel agency directly, so it is necessary to contact them for any refund. The agency data will be provided to any user who requires it by WhatsApp or email.

Regarding the cancellation of one-day trips in which the reservation of an additional transport to the bus is not required, if it occurs 3 days (72 hours) before the provision of our services, there will be a surcharge of 50% of the total amount of the excursion. In the event that the time is inferior than the one specified, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Any user has the possibility of finding a substitute who participates in the trip in their place, with a mandatory prior notice by email up to 12 hours before the provision of our services to info@sharingalicia.org. The change of participant name will have no cost.

The price includes the departure from Santiago de Compostela.

This code is essential to start the activity as a travel agency. Our company’s is XG-682. By law, moreover, any tourist company has the obligation to teach by all means the identification code: for example, on the website you can always see it at the bottom of the page, but it is also mandatory to put it in all material advertising. So, if you ever miss leaflets without this code, do not trust too much, that advertising can be illegal and maybe insurance has not been paid for the good of their customers.

  • Administration insurance, is an insurance that changes according to the community and that is also called insurance or surety policy, since the most advantageous way to provide this insurance is through a surety insurance, since the amounts are usually very high (in Galicia €100,000). This is the individual guarantee offered to agencies and the community.
  • Collective Insurance for workers, is the insurance that serves to protect workers and employees of the company. It is governed by collective agreement.
  • Civil Liability Insurance, which provides cover for the exploitation of the activity for any type of casualty, such as material, personal and economic damage. The aim of having this insurance is to ensure that the company can respond to claims from third parties.
